Nougat was found surrounded by broken glass and trash, doing her best to protect her babies, Carmel and Latte. Since coming into our care, she has finally learned what love and warmth can feel like!

Nougat is genetically blind, a trait that is prevalent in Phnom Penh. She was born without eyes. Because of this, she is a bit more shy and unsure when meeting new people and cats. She would do best in a one cat home or adopted with one of her babies. She does require a gentle and patient person to help her feel comfortable, but the love she has to offer is worth the wait.
